This is a detail of a design for a gift box that has a wrap around illustration.

The file size is around 18" x 24" at 300ppi with tons of layers. Most of the individual elements were drawn in Fractal Design Painter then opened in Photoshop, cut out and placed in layers and manipulated from there.

This box is unique in that it does not have a top or a bottom so to speak, but the way it's made it "accordians" to make the top and bottom. The art needed to be very accurate to fit the arc that this format contained in order to create the taper and the accordian parts.
